IKAV is internally structured through Center of Competences (CoCs) and asset owners. The CoCs review opportunities for each asset and establish paths to reduce expenses or to generate a renewable investment strategy.

IKAV signs agreement to merge Aera Energy LLC with California Resources Corporation, creating a new leader in California's energy transition.


IKAV acquires majority stake in Aera LLC, California's second largest O&G producer.


IKAV acquires majority stake of Metaenergia (Italy), a portfolio of gas peakers to provide capacity during shortfalls from renewable energy. It owns 80% of national award capacity.


IKAV closes the acquisition of BP's gas infrastructure in Colorado/ New Mexico and enters into the conventional energy market.
